Which do you prefer, a leader or a boss?

I was doing what some of us do these days scrolling through Facebook. I came upon this video and it had impact.

It has a message not just for the workplace but how we live our lives. How do we treat people, our kids, our partner, our friends, our communities, our enemies?

A great message always brings to mind others a great leader always applies the message first to themselves.
