When the screen says “Please wait for the host to start this meeting.” And you are the host!
My co-hosts were away this week which meant it was left to me to host the Quaker online meeting for worship at 9 pm on Fridays.
It was intended that another would host but they didn’t appear. I appeared to myself and wondered what to do. After logging in and then out and repeating this several times by 9 15 pm suddenly I with another 10 were hurdling onto the screen. I decided to continue to 9 40 pm due to the delayed start.
I am not sure what happened but I have asked. It could be a big moment of growth for me whereby something that has escaped me becomes known. I was encouraged that another 10 people had stuck around in the hope that something would happen and it did.
