What is Time for the religious?

We were looking at Time if it has significance. Rabbi Alon had prepared a paper ‘Return and Holy Times — Sabbath and Jewish Festivals’

I had never appreciated the significance of the Sabbath. Yes, I was aware of it objectively but I became to see it from an interior position. If it is a source of energy, divine energy, that all the other days of the week are preparing for then maybe I should pay more attention to its role. I wasn't aware that the Jewish days are numbered, 1, 2, 3 and on. The Sabbath is named.

It is hard to convey here what seems to be happening to me ontologically. That’s a word I have picked up here which means to me, ‘something is changing within me while teaching occurs.’
