Another Monday. We start again, we write another week in the life of …. We need to break life down to years, seasons, months weeks and day. We break that down into hours, minutes and seconds. Why the need? Why not just say, “To-day” . In a ‘To-day’s’ world no history exists no future is expected. We start, we live.

We are who we are in To-day. It matters what we do To-day. We can’t rely on yesterday’s achievements or tomorrow’s reward. Our minds are free to occupy the moment, not the past or future. We relate to those we find ourselves with paying no attention to status seeing people for who they are in the moment. Not anticipating a future time but enjoying ‘a right now’ time. As the day is fresh so are we. “Yesterday’s gone sweet Jesus and tomorrow may never be mine.”

We live fully, fully in the moment. Every interaction is the interaction there is none else. We do what we can do and when it is done we move on. We fear not the future for it doesn’t exist and we worry not for yesterday for it too has gone. The best we can give is now, right now in this moment.

You need love, have it. You need peace, have it. Whatever you need is right here in this moment. Feel the air fill your lungs and then be released. The body continues on in the moment regardless of what may be happening and so it is with us, we live on while the scenery changes.

Everything you are is right here in this moment there is none other. Today is the day of Salvation, live it.
