It feels like my body is like the air conditioner at work, set at different modes by different people.

It seems the body knows it is Friday, and the culmination of the week is showing in the tiredness.

The worry was the first to awaken in my head, asking how this, that, and the other were going to get sorted.

It seems that at least two people live in this body, ‘Morning’ and ‘Evening’.

If there is one body that the two people step into, one switches on anxiety, fear, and the like, whereas the other is much more relaxed, switching on calm and contentment.

It feels like my body is like the air conditioner at work, set at different modes by different people.

And then there is the spirit within the body that encourages ‘Morning’ to keep going. Sometimes it has to encourage ‘Evening’ to wind down and go to bed.

The contrast between how I feel in the morning, on days when I have many tasks to do, and the evening of the same day is stark.

Right now, the best description I can think of is I am like a balloon without air in the morning, yet by evening, I am a fully blown-up balloon.
