Handwritten and croissants

Without a printer and access to one and an old friend without a computer meant it was back to pen and paper. What some refer to an old fashioned letter writing. I have never given up writing letters albeit perhaps not as many. True most are either emailed or typed these days but occasionally as is now I will handwrite.

My handwriting is a bit like me a little rushed which means it is often better for the reader I do type.

I heard a knock at the door. I looked out and there was no one. I thought it was T playing a trick but then my eyes caught sight of two boxes of croissants on the mat. In a moment my whole being was uplifted but who could know that croissants are part of my social DNA? I rushed to the window and I saw a car I didn’t recognise pull away.
